Happy New Year!
I hope you and your family had a wonderful holiday season with lots of memories, laughs, and most importantly time that you could spend together. I feel like I am always wanting time to slow down a bit, and thankfully for me it did just a little this holiday season.
Our PTA is excited to continue our mission in 2021. We have amazing programs planned for the whole family, as well as our Jag Fit fundraiser where we can continue to raise funds for our school. Our newsletter (linked below) will outline all of the upcoming programs and events we have planned. Our first event of the year is our Father/Daughter Event scheduled for Thursday, 1/28.
One important thing I wanted to bring to your attention is that we are officially beginning our nomination process for next year’s PTA Board. We are looking for Jenks parents to be a part of our PTA Nominating Committee that will help select our Slate of Officers for 2021-2022!! We will have a special election for our nominating committee on 1/14 at 6pm via zoom.
To become eligible to serve on this Nominating Committee, you need to be a member of the Jenks PTA and attend the January 14, 2021 membership meeting at 6pm (via Zoom). Please submit your information at https://tinyurl.com/yyo5odyk and attend the January 14th membership meeting. All names submitted will be included on a ballot vote at the January 14th special meeting. The five individuals with the highest number of votes, will be selected for the committee. If you would like to attend this meeting, please fill out the form below:
Anyone can attend our meetings; however, you must be a PTA member in order to vote.

¡Feliz año nuevo!
Espero que usted y su familia hayan tenido una maravillosa temporada navideña con muchos recuerdos, risas y, lo más importante, tiempo para pasar juntos. Siento que siempre quiero que el tiempo se desacelere un poco, y afortunadamente para mí lo hizo un poco en esta temporada navideña.
Nuestro PTA está emocionado de continuar nuestra misión en 2021. Tenemos programas increíbles planeados para toda la familia, así como nuestra recaudación de fondos Jag Fit donde podemos continuar recaudando fondos para nuestra escuela. Nuestro boletín (vinculado a continuación) describirá todos los próximos programas y eventos que hemos planeado. Nuestro primer evento del año es nuestro evento de padre e hija programado para el jueves 1/28.
